- The
delivery time varies from three to thirty days for deliveries in
Italy as well as in the rest of the world. In case of a longer
delivery time, Livioptik will notify the customer, by email or
fax, in four days time from the placement of the order; in the
case of such notification, the customer is required to confirm
or to cancel the order by emailing info@livioptik.com in
three days time from the notification; in the case of the annulment
of the order Livioptik will refrain from any accrediting without
sending further communications.
- The
seller is exonerated for eventual delays on the part of the carrier.
- The
seller is not responsible for the damages made by a third party
and for the damages resulting from this.
- The
seller will not take into consideration disclaims which have not
been sent in a written form to info@livioptik.com in
eight days time from the reception of the merchandise. The seller
will not accept the returned merchandise, save in the case of a
forehand approval by Livioptik.com. The returned article is to
be carefully packed, in its original container, and not damaged
or scratched.
- The
products assistance and service is carried on by Livioptik in line
with the manufacturer’s conditions.
- Contestation
are to be examined by Sansepolcro law-court.
- All
the prices are in Euro, comprehensive of VAT.
Recess:
- The
buyer has the right to recede from the contract, without any penalty,
in effect for ten working days time from the reception of the merchandise.
In case in which Livioptik does not satisfy the demands of the Article
4 Legislative Decree n° 185 of 22 May 1999, the deadline for exercising
the right of recess is three months to begin with the day of the reception
of the merchandise. The right to recess is exercised by sending, within
the given limits of time, a written communication by means of a registered
letter with the notification of arrival to Centro Ottico Livi di Luca
Cestelli, via XX settembre n° 26, 52037 Sansepolcro - Arezzo -
Italy. The communication can also be sent, within the same time limits
by email info@livioptik.com ,
under the condition it is confirmed within 48 (forty-eight) hours by
a registered letter with the notification of arrival. In case the buyer
has already received the merchandise, the buyer is to send it back
to the seller at the buyer’s own cost by means of assured dispatch
and to free port, carefully packed and in it original container, not
damaged or scratched in fifteen days time from the reception of the
merchandise. Livioptik is bound to refund the buyer within thirty days
time in effect from the acknowledgement of the exercise of right to
recess of the buyer.
Dispatch:
Our deliveries
are effected by express couriers. At the moment of dispatch Livioptik
emails to the buyer the confirmation of the dispatch and the ID
code of the package. This code enables the buyer to monitor and
check the delivery at anytime online at the web site of the courier
